| ORDERS |
By submitting
an order via the website or by telephone, the customer will
be deemed to accept these terms and conditions. |
AVAILABILITY
& SALES
OF ARTWORK

Artwork that is not ready to released for sale or pre order
will be displayed on the website for customers to view.
Pre- Order
Before the Art is due to be released on sale it will be available
to Pre Order. Customers can do this by choosing the image(s)
then clicking on pre-order, a pre-order confirmation will
be sent by email. Due to certain filters on email accounts
it is in your own interest to contact us if you do not receive
a confirmation of your pre-order please email info@vandalart.co.uk.
Vandalart cannot be held responsible if we are not notified
that confirmations have not be received. Customers who choose
to pre-order prior to release will be sent an invoice via
email to pay for their artwork once their artwork is ready
to be despatched, once payment has been received orders will
be shipped (see shipping)
Available
Once the art is available for sale customers can purchase
the art directly and securely from the website www.vandalart.co.uk |

PAYMENT
|
Vandalart
does not store your credit/debit card details. Card details
are securely delivered to our bank via the Secure Barclays
Ecommerce System. |
| SHIPPING |
All
Artwork is sent by Courier on a next day service, UK only.
Overseas shipping times will vary. The majority of orders
will be shipped within 48 hours of payment being received
however please allow 10 days for delivery. You will be notified
by email when your artwork has been shipped. |
| RETURNS |
We
want you to be happy with your purchase, if for any reason
you wish to return your artwork please return to us within
7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition
for a full refund minus postage costs. Our terms and conditions
do not affect your statutory rights. If your package is damaged
upon receipt please report to us within 24 hours by email
or telephone. |

Your privacy is important
to us.
Any personal information your supply to Vandalart will not
be disclosed to third parties.
Vandalart.co.uk reserves the right to change, modify or update
these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. |
